3. Weft wire blanking device driven by step motor, has automatic control and blanking function. The weft matched with the accurate weft cutting device and accurate positioning device, ensures the weft at the same length and without being cut.
4. Mesh drawing system is controlled by servo motor which improved the precision of mesh opening size, meanwhile the longitudinal and transversal spacing are adjustable.
5., Wire feeding method: The line wires from coil wire.The cross wires should be pre-straightened and pre-cut. The cross wire system is controlled by stepping motor. Sends weft wires one by one automatically.The machine will stop working when the cross wire used up in the hopper.
6, Material:Suitable for low carbon iron wire, black annealed wire or galvanized (cold galvanized, hot galvanized) processing.
